Reblogging Seth Godin’s post in its entirety:
Six weeks ago, at midnight, I found myself awake but wiped out from jet lag. I was in a lumpy bed, in the dark, in an obscure, $20 a night, John-Waters’-esque former country club. I was in Kitale, Kenya, near the Ugandan border.
A mosquito was buzzing in my ear. (Why do they buzz in your ear?). I had meds, of course, but what if I...

Bold: Crashing Down →

Lately there’s been a campaign for a better web design app. Photoshop and other editors just aren’t cutting it when the web is so flexible. Different screen sizes and mobile device orientations are difficult to design for in applications that are designed to handle a single image.

Google Web Fonts (v2) →
9-bits:
Google has launched a new web fonts directory, with a way better font browser and (finally) search functionality. Though they still need a wider selection, I’m a big fan of Google Web Fonts because they’re free, easy to embed on a page, and offer downloadable versions of each font (to design with).

Github is awesome. I think most people agree. They have proven the concept of “social coding”. The big flaw in this plan is Github’s relationship system.

Japan Donation
parislemon:
Had a busy day — hadn’t had a chance to hop on Tumblr until now. See all these icons with Japanese flags overlaid on them in my stream. Immediately understand what’s going on. Look to the right side of the Dashboard. Donation took 3 seconds. Easiest thing in the world. Ingenious implementation.
